With our new IFS Food Exam Masterclass, we offer digital, practical and flexible preparation for the written exam. The online course covers the key fundamentals of food safety, microbiology and provides a structured overview of the relevant EU legislation. A virtual audit also gives candidates targeted preparation for the exam.

Learning on our new e-learning platform
The course is hosted on IFS EPIC, the new e-learning platform built specifically for IFS training. A personal dashboard tracks each learner’s progress and makes it easy to resume exactly where they left off. More courses will follow, turning IFS EPIC into the central hub for IFS education.
The Masterclass prepares candidates for the IFS Food General Written Exam and gives them the insight and confidence to start conducting audits as IFS Food Auditors.
