IFS Self-Assessments help you review relevant processes and provide supporting information where needed. After completing the questionnaire, you will gain an initial overview of your status and an indication of whether further steps are beneficial. 

To get started, your company needs access to the IFS Database.

If your company does not yet have an IFS Database account, please register using the form below. Once access is granted, you can complete the relevant self-assessment in the IFS Database.
