What is an IFS-Consultant
An IFS Consultant is a person who have been trained by IFS in their rolls as consultants of IFS standards. These consultants will be able to identify themselves as being truly knowledgable in the IFS standards and culture, and will be able to present their unique offering to potential clients. All of them fulfill the following requirements:
- Education in the relevant sector and work experience
Additional requirement

At least 100 days of professional experience as a consultant

At least THREE references of previous customers, which prove that you were a consultant for them. These references must be provided together with the contact
details of the respective contact person. -
Regarding the standard you want to be recognized for you have completed a qualifying training in food hygiene (including HACCP) and/or a course concerning
risk management -
Knowledge of regional legislation

Language skills according to the respective company language

Specific and practical expertise in relevant standards and scopes

- For NON-IFS-AUDITORS: the participation in the IFS online-consultant course and a standard module and the passing of the subsequent online test
