in addition to the Basic version of the IFS Audit Manager App, the IFS launches the IFS App ‚IFS Audit Manager‘ Pro and Cloud version, today.
The app runs on smartphones and tablets, both Android and iOs, and provides, next to the included IFS checklist, various means of support during the audit. A compact collection of auditor questions, a glossary, guidelines and additional references on your device will help you as an auditor to perform your internal audit.
The app’s interface is intuitive, user friendly, and available in different languages. Besides the support for internal audits, the app can be used to take notes and bookmark relevant aspects. This feature allows for a more structured way of working and supports your company’s potential for continuous improvement.
The new Pro and Cloud version of the app offers further export functions into auditXpressX and PDF formats. The Excel export enables you to store and work on the file from your computer or to send the information to a colleague. The Pro version now includes adding pictures to your findings, define corrective actions and create a time plan in an audit planner. Of course, you can export these items directly into your phone’s calendar or share the calendar entry with your colleagues via mail. The Cloud version also allows you to synchronize your app data between different devices. All this makes your audit life a lot easier!
