US Foods Conducts Case Study on Implementation of IFS Logistics

Since January, 2012, US Foods – one of the USA’s largest foodservice providers – has implemented IFS Logistics to meet their customer and regulatory needs. The results they have acquired and their feedback are documented in a Case Study developed by The Acheson Group, led by Dr. David Acheson, former FDA Associate Commissioner for Foods.

This Case Study identifies not only the reasons one of the largest US-based foodservice companies chose IFS Logistics, but also their experience in how IFS Logistics helps the company meet FDA existing and proposed rules, as well as customer demands for food safety certification.
