IFS电子教学

IFS电子教学汇总了 IFS国际食品标准第5版对各个基本卫生领域（ IFS的第3章）以及对工厂（ IFS的第4章）的要求。这些不同的领域是以条款的形势按不同的主题划分开来。每项条款都作为单独的学习内容并分为若干的子项。这些子项则由所列出的 IFS标准，解释性文本，以及所谓的测量尺度构成。此外，按欧洲共同体条例VO(EG)852/2004所作出的法律规定也在相应的位置上予以给出。学习者有机会分主题学习IFS的要求事项目录并记住各项要求。另外，此电子教学还将通过提供解释说明和直观图片的方式来协助您的学习。
