Main changes in the new IFS Food 6
The new IFS Food version 6 has been developed together by the retail sector, manufacturers, the food services industry and certification bodies over the past year. It will be officially published in January 2012 as a free download on the IFS website www.ifs-certification.com.
The main changes are the following:
